Do you ship to my country?
We ship to all countries in the world, except for Russia.
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time varies and ranges between 1 to 7 working days, depending on your country, preferred shipping provider and delivery method.
When you have chosen your preferred shipping method, the calculated delivery time will be displayed at checkout. As soon as the package has left the warehouse, you'll get an e-mail with the tracking information so that you can follow your order more accurately.
Please note that we reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.
SHIPPING COST
We offer free shipping on all orders over 195 USD.
Items must be returned within 14 days from receiving the package.
The returned items must be unused with the garment tags on and intact within the original packaging to be eligible for return. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Your right to withdrawal does not apply in relation to such products that have been produced according to your special requirements, e.g. products with a customized variation, print, or sewing made on your request, such as personalized monograms or additional laces, nor to products that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons (e.g face masks or underwear).
If you order a product that was purchased to receive a free item and wish to return the purchased item within the 14-day return period, you must also return the free item that came with the order.
Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, we conduct a thorough quality control check to ensure its condition. As soon as the item has arrived and passed our quality control, we promptly process your return.
To make a return, please fill out the return form here. When you have submitted your return form, we will email the shipping instructions to you in a separate email.
Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method and that the return shipping cost is 15 EUR.
Orders below the required amount for free shipping have a shipping cost that is calculated at checkout and depends on the chosen shipping provider and delivery method.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
To track your order, please use the tracking number that's included in the shipment confirmation email.
If you haven't yet received the shipment confirmation email, it means that your package hasn't been dispatched. You will receive the email as soon as your order has left the warehouse.
Please note that if your order is sent back to us, we won't stand for the shipping cost to resend it back to you.
CUSTOMS
We don't stand for any custom fees and are not responsible for any additional charges that might be associated with importation.
For more information about potential fees, we kindly refer you to the transportation company or the customs in your country.
