How to make a return

If you would like to make a return, please click here to proceed and you will be directed to our complimentary service for returns. Please follow the steps and don't forget to choose the return tab at the top.

When the form has been submitted, we will come back to you in a separate e-mail with further instructions.

Please note the following:

  • We do not stand for the return shipping cost* and it will be deducted from your refund.

  • We're unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after the 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.

  • When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

*The return shipping cost is: 45 SEK.

What you need to know

We really hope that you love your Djerf Avenue items as much as we do. But if, for some reason, you would like to make a return or an exchange, please read the following before you proceed:

Any returns and exchanges must be done within 14 working days of receiving the order. As a customer you have a right of withdrawal for 14 days after receipt of the goods, according to the Distance and Home Sales Contracts Act (2005: 59). In case of dispute, we promise to comply with the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board.

The returned items must be unused with the safety tags on and intact within the original packaging to be eligible for return. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected and returned back to the customer.

Unfortunately, our return- and exchange process may be delayed at the moment. We are growing rapidly and our warehouse staff and customer service team are doing their very best to speed up the process for you. Thank you for your patience!

How to make an exchange

If you would like to change the size or color* of your item, please click here to proceed and you will be directed to our complimentary service for exchanges. Please follow the steps and don't forget to choose the exchange tab at the top.

  • We offer one (1) free exchange per order. If you wish to make a second exchange, we will not cover the shipping costs.

  • We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.

  • When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

* If the size or color you'd like to exchange to is out of stock on our website, we might still have it in the warehouse.

How to make a complaint

If you have received an item with defects, please click here and follow the steps on our complimentary service to make a complaint. Don't forget to attach a photo of the defect and choose the complaint tab at the top.

When your complaint has been submitted, we will come back to you in a seperate e-mail with further shipping instructions.

Store credit

We offer opportunities to receive store credit in replacement of a refund. By choosing the option for a store credit, we do not deduct any return shipping fees. 

Simply write “Store Credit” in the comments section on the return form and you will then be emailed your personal store credit code to use on the website.

How long does it take to get a refund?

We will issue a refund as soon as we have received and processed your return. Refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank and will be processed back to the original payment method.
