Viscose, a regenerated textile fiber, stands out due to its unique production process and characteristics. Originating from chemically processed cellulose, this material offers a smooth texture, making it a great choice for some of our products.
The cellulose used in Viscose usually comes from cotton waste. This approach allows for efficient resource usage, as it uses materials that might otherwise be discarded.
Resource Usage: The production of Viscose uses cotton waste, thereby optimizing material use in the production.
Water & Chemical Efficiency: The Viscose production operates in a closed-loop system, aiming to make the most of the water and chemicals used.
Degradability: Being derived from plant-based sources, Viscose can degrade over time, thereby reducing long-term environmental impact.
First! Consider if your garment requires washing or if airing it out is enough to make it fresh again.
Viscose is best washed using the hand wash cycle or wool program of your washing machine. Even 30° Celsius is sometimes too hot for viscose, so in general, we recommend washing in cold water and to select a low-speed cycle (up to 600 rpm).
Store on hangers rather than folded as they might crease.
