Prices are shown and charged in either SEK, USD, GBP, AUD, EUR or NOK. We have different main sites, if you are from either of these countries (Sweden, UK, Australia, European Union or Norway) you will be directed to your main site. If you are from a country other than the ones listed you will be directed to the Worldwide website and the currency will be USD.
Our sizing runs from XXS to XXL. We have a handy size guide tailored to each item on the product pages and images of all our models wearing different sizes in the collection. Every model is wearing their regular size. Most pieces can be worn in smaller or bigger sizes depending on how you want them to fit but if you have any questions about sizing just email us and we can help!
If your order has not yet synced with our warehouse, we can try to cancel it. Please send us an email right away to [email protected] or chat with us via the website to check if this is possible. Please note that if your order has already synced with our warehouse, we unfortunately can no longer make any changes to it. This includes changing sizes, items, cancelling, or changing the shipping address. Please check that the item(s) in your cart and your shipping address are both correct before ordering.

Items must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order. Goods returned must be unused, clean and with the safety tag on and intact.
To make a return, please fill out our return form here. When you have submitted your return form, we will email a pre-paid return label to you. Attach the label for the return shipment to your package and leave it at your nearest drop-off point. As we do not offer free returns, the cost of the return will be withdrawn from the refund. The cost for the return shipment is 10 EUR.
Yes, you can exchange your item for any size (permitted it’s in stock) and we will send the exchange back to you at no extra charge, just fill out the return form here.
Yes, we do offer 1 free exchange per order.

No, we do not. The shipping fee added when placing an order is a fee to cover the service the transportation company provides when delivering a package and therefore is non-refundable.

We offer worldwide shipping with DHL Express. All our DHL orders are made shipped with their GOGREEN Solution.
