Prices are shown and charged in either SEK, USD, GBP, AUD, EUR or NOK. We have different main sites, if you are from either of these countries (Sweden, UK, Australia, European Union or Norway) you will be directed to your main site. If you are from a country other than the ones listed you will be directed to the Worldwide website and the currency will be USD.
Our sizing runs from XXS to XXL. We have a handy size guide tailored to each item on the product pages and images of all our models wearing different sizes in the collection. Every model is wearing their regular size. Most pieces can be worn in smaller or bigger sizes depending on how you want them to fit but if you have any questions about sizing just email or dm us on Instagram and we can help!
If your order has not been processed/packed we can cancel it, please place an email to [email protected] to proceed. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. We cannot make changes to any orders once they have been placed. Please check that the item(s) in your cart are correct before ordering.
Please email [email protected] right away. If your order hasn’t been shipped there is a chance that we can change it but it’s not a guarantee. If it has been shipped you will need to get in touch with our shipping services to change your address and redirect your package.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number – please use this to track your order.

Items must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order. Goods returned must be unused, clean, and with the safety tag on and intact.
For returns without exchange, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Please note that we do not stand for customs costs, so the package needs to be sent as a return. If you send from a country outside of the EU, make sure to include a commercial invoice for customs.
Make sure to get a tracking number when you send your return and make sure to use a signed-for service. We can’t refund your returned item if we don’t receive it at our warehouse.
Yes, you can. Please email us at [email protected] to get a pre-paid return label and a commercial invoice for customs. Please provide your order number in your email.
If we have the item you want to exchange in stock, we can set it aside for you until we receive your return.
We do not refund shipping costs when returning items. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will, of course, refund the return shipping costs so you can receive the correct item. Please note that duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU can not be refunded.
