What currency are your orders in?

Prices are shown and charged in either SEK, USD, GBP, AUD, EUR or NOK. We have different main sites, if you are from either of these countries (Sweden, UK, Australia, Europe or Norway) you will be directed to your main site. If you are from a country other than the ones listed you will be directed to the Worldwide website and the currency will be USD.

How do I know what size to order?

Our sizing runs from XXS to XXL. We have a handy size guide tailored to each item on the product pages and images of all our models wearing different sizes in the collection. Every model is wearing their regular size. Most pieces can be worn in smaller or bigger sizes depending on how you want them to fit but if you have any questions about sizing just email us and we can help!

I want to change or cancel my order, is that possible?

If your order has not been shipped we can cancel it, please place an email to [email protected] to proceed. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. We cannot make changes to any orders once they have been placed. Please check that the item(s) in your cart are correct before ordering.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please email [email protected] right away. If your order hasn’t been shipped there is a chance that we can change it but it’s not a guarantee. If it has been shipped you will need to get in touch with our shipping services to change your address and redirect your package.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number – please use this to track your order.

I cannot find my country when checking out?

Please make sure that you have chosen the correct website to shop from in the country menu before you start shopping. Please note that you should choose the European Union if your country is an EU member country. If your country is located in Europe but not a member of the European Union, please pick Worldwide.

For example, Switzerland is located in Europe BUT is not a member of the EU – pick Worldwide.

The reason for this is different shipping options, tax, etc.

Will there be any additional charges?

All prices displayed on Djerf Avenue’s website are subject to VAT in accordance with applicable law.

Since Djerf Avenue is registered in the Norwegian Tax Administration’s VOEC register you will not have to pay any toll/custom duties. All Norwegian private customers who shop at are therefore covered by VOEC, Vat On E-commerce. For purchases below 3 000 NOK, VAT is paid in Sweden at the time of purchase. The customer in Norway does not have to pay VAT on the product when it arrives in Norway. Please note that the price (3000 NOK) includes the value of each item, not the total amount. What is your return policy?

Items must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order. Goods returned must be unused, clean and with the safety tag on and intact.

To make a return, please fill out our return form hereWhen you have submitted your return form, we will email a pre-paid return label to you. Attach the label for the return shipment to your package and leave it at your nearest drop-off point.

Can I exchange my order/size?

Yes, you can exchange your item for any size (permitted it’s in stock) and we will send the exchange back to you at no extra charge, just fill out the return form herePlease note that due to environmental reasons we only offer free exchanges once.

Do you refund shipping costs?

We do not offer free returns, the cost of the return will be withdrawn from the refund. The cost for the return shipment is 150 NOK. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will, of course, refund the return shipping costs so you can receive the correct item. 


Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouse in Värnamo, Sweden.

What shipping options do you provide?

We offer DHL Express, DHL Economy Select and FedEx Economy.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping to Scandinavia: 1-5 working days (depending on if you choose DHL Express or not)

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for all orders over 2100 NOK. For orders below this amount costs are as follows:

Shipping cost within Norway: From 162,5 NOK.
