We really hope that you love your Djerf Avenue items as much as we do. If you do wish to make a return for any reason, here is what you need to know:
Items must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order.
According to the Distance and Home Sales Contracts Act (2005: 59), you as a customer have a right of withdrawal for 14 days after receipt of the goods.
In case of dispute, we promise to comply with the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board.
Goods returned must be unused and in the original packaging with the safety tag on and intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
To make it as easy as possible for you there’s a handy return sheet enclosed with your delivery. Just fill it out indicating if you would like a refund or exchange, cut it off and include it in your return so we can process returns as efficiently as possible. For refunds, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please return your items to:
Please get a tracking number when you send your return. We also recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records.
Please note we do not stand for customs payments. Any international shipping fees associated with returning items are the sole responsibility of the customer and we cannot refund these costs. Please mark your package as a return when sending back to us.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. We will process returns within 2-3 days of receiving the item(s) and refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete, depending on your bank.

You can exchange your item for any size (permitted it’s in stock) and we will send the exchange back to you at no extra charge.
We will process exchanges within 2-3 days of receiving the item(s) and we will contact you as soon as your exchange has been dispatched from our warehouse.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. Please include a photo of the item and we can advise you on how to proceed.
We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.
