Orders

What currency are your orders in?

Prices are shown and charged in either SEK, USD, GBP, AUD or EUR. We have different main sites, if you are from either of these countries (Sweden, USA, UK, Australia or Europe) you will be directed to your main site. If you are from a country other than the ones listed you will be directed to the US website and currency will be USD.

How do I know what size to order?

Our sizing runs from XS to XL. We have a handy size guide tailored to each item on the product pages and images of all our models wearing different sizes in the collection. A lot of pieces can be worn in any size depending on how you want them to fit but if you have any questions about sizing just email us and we can help!

I want to change or cancel my order, is that possible?

If your order has not been shipped we can cancel it, please place an email to contact@djerfavenue.com to proceed. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. We cannot make changes to any orders once they have been placed. Please check that the item(s) in your cart are correct before ordering.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please email contact@djerfavenue.com right away. If your order has not been shipped we can change your address. If it has been shipped you will need to get in touch with our shipping services to change your address and redirect your package.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number – please use this to track your order.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept items that are unused in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, etc.). The item must have the safety tag on and intact. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. For refunds the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. If you would like to exchange an item we can provide a returns form for this method. Please see our returns page for more information. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Please note that for returns pick a return option that you can track in case of unexpected trouble along the way. We can’t refund your returned item if we don’t receive it at our warehouse. Please make sure the return option is not delivered to a service point.

Can I exchange my order/size?

Yes, you can. However, due to the high demand, we cannot guarantee that the piece you want will be available. If it is not we can offer a credit note or a refund for the item.

Do you refund shipping costs?

The return shipping cost is non-refundable for all orders. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will, of course, refund the return shipment costs so you can receive the correct item. Please note that duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU can not be refunded.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden.

What shipping options do you provide?

We offer worldwide shipping with DHL Express. All our DHL orders are shipped with their GOGREEN Solution. DHL GOGREEN is a climate-friendly solution.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping within Sweden: 1-5 working days (depending on if you choose DHL Express or not)

Shipping to Scandinavia: 1-5 working days (depending on if you choose DHL Express or not)

Shipping to Europe: 1-8 working days (depending on whether you choose DHL Express or not)

Shipping to USA: 1-5 working days

Shipping to Australia: 1-5 working days

Shipping to Rest of the world: 1-7 working days

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for all orders over SEK 2,000 / 200USD / 180GBP. For orders below this amount costs are as follows:

Shipping cost within Sweden: 70 SEK

Shipping cost to the USA: $ 17

Shipping cost to Europe: 15 EURO

Shipping cost to Australia: 28 AUD

Rest of the world: 17 USD
