CONDITIONS

In case of dispute, we promise to comply with the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

We reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.

We want you to get your order as soon as possible. We, therefore, try to send your goods so you have them within:

– Sweden: 1-5 working days (depending on your select of transportation) 

– Scandinavia and Europe: 1-8 working days (depending on your select of transportation) 

– USA, Canada, and Australia: 1-5 working days.

Rest of the world: 1-7 working days.

The cost for shipping is free over 2 000 SEK of purchase. The price for shipping depending on your address (country) and shipping option. 

For return or cancellation, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. We do offer free returns if you would like to change a piece from the collection to another. 

If the items you order are defective the claims are free of charge.

We reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.

ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS OF DELIVERY

In order to get delivery to another address, it makes a lot easier for us if you indicate it at the checkout.

Klarna’s terms (only when paid with Klarna Invoice or Account) require us to deliver the order to an address on which you are registered.

DELIVERY TO MINORS

Without permission from a legal guardian, we do not deliver to persons under the age of 18.

PAYMENT

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer our Swedish and Norwegian customers the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.

Pay in [14] days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available SwedenNorway,

Slice it: With the financing service from Klarna, you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly installments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Direct banking: Available in Sweden.

Direct Debit: Available in Sweden. Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.

Card Payments: Available both in Sweden and Norway.

The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.

RETURN POLICY

According to the Distance and Home Sales Contracts Act (2005: 59), you as a customer have a right of withdrawal for 14 days after receipt of the goods.

In case of dispute, we promise to comply with the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board.

Goods returned must be unused and in original packaging and with the safety tag on and intact.

Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, we will refund the product value.

For return or cancellation, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. If you want to exchange a product to another it’s free of shipping. 

COMPLAINT

You as a customer have the right to claim a product if its characteristics differ from what we promised.
