What you need to know

We really hope that you love your Djerf Avenue items as much as we do. If you do wish to make a return for any reason, here is what you need to know:

Items must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order. According to the Distance and Home Sales Contracts Act (2005: 59), you as a customer have a right of withdrawal for 14 days after receipt of the goods. In case of dispute, we promise to comply with the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board.

Goods returned must be unused and in the original packaging with the safety tag on and intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service at  team immediately instead of filling in the return request form. Please include a photo of the item and we can advise you on how to proceed.

Unfortunately, our return/exchange process may be delayed at the moment. We are growing so rapidly and our warehouse staff & customer service team are doing their very best to speed up the process for you. Thank you for your patience!

How to make a return

To make a return, please fill out our return form hereWhen you have submitted your return form, we will email a pre-paid return label to you. Attach the label for the return shipment to your package and leave it at your nearest drop-off point. We do not stand for the costs of returns for refunds and will therefore deduct the return shipping cost from your refund. The cost for the return shipment is 15 GBP.

Please save your tracking number for the return. We also recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records.

How to make an exchange

We offer 1 free exchange per order- you may only exchange an item to a different size/length of the same item, just fill out the return form here

*Please note that even if your size is out of stock on our website, there’s a chance we have it in the warehouse

We will process exchanges within a few business days of receiving the item(s) and we will contact you as soon as your exchange has been dispatched from our warehouse.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. Please include a photo of the item and we can advise you on how to proceed.

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.

Store credit 

We can offer store credit if you’d like to exchange for a completely different item.

What about customs?

Please note we do not stand for customs payments.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. We will process returns as soon as possible after receiving the item(s) and refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete, depending on your bank.
