What you need to know

We really hope that you love your Djerf Avenue items as much as we do. But if for some reason, you would like to make a return, please read the following before you proceed:

Any returns and exchanges must be done within 14 working days of receiving the order. As a customer you have a right of withdrawal for 14 days after receipt of the goods, according to the Distance and Home Sales Contracts Act (2005: 59). In case of dispute, we promise to comply with the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board.

The returned clothing must be unused with the safety tags on and intact within the original packaging to be eligible for return. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected and returned back to the customer.

Any returned beauty products must be unused and intact within the original packaging to be eligible for return. Beauty products cannot be exchanged.

How to make a return

If you would like to make a return, please click here to proceed and you will be directed to our service for returns. Please follow the steps and don't forget to choose the return tab at the top.

When the form has been submitted, we will come back to you in a separate email with further instructions.

Please note the following:

  • We do not stand for the return shipping cost* and it will be deducted from your refund.

  • We're unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after the 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.

  • If you have ordered a product that was bought to get a free item and wish to return the purchased item within the 14-day return window, you will also need to return the free item that came with the order. For example, if we offer a product for free like the Dream Scarf, along with the purchase of a Dream item, the Dream Scarf needs to be returned with the Dream item.

  • When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

* The return shipping cost is:

USA: 5 USD

Europe: 10 EUR

Australia: 30 AUD

United Kingdom: 15 GBP

Norway: 150 NOK

Sweden: 45 SEK.

For the rest of the world: 15 USD

How to make an exchange

If you would like to change the size or color of your item, please click here to proceed and you will be directed to our service for exchanges. Please follow the steps and don't forget to choose the exchange tab at the top.

When the form has been submitted, we will come back to you in a separate email with further instructions.

Please note that our beauty products cannot be exchanged.

Please note the following:

  • We offer one (1) free exchange per order. If you wish to make a second exchange, we will not cover the shipping costs.

  • We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.

  • When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

How to make a claim

If you have received an item with defects or if you have received the wrong item entierly (wrong size, color or product) from what you have ordered, please click here and follow the steps on our service to make a claim. Don't forget to attach a photo of the defect and choose the claim tab at the top.

When your complaint has been submitted, we will come back to you in a separate email with further shipping instructions.

Store credit

We do not offer store credit in replacement of a refund, but please know that we're currently working on a solution.

How long does it take to get a refund?

We will issue a refund as soon as we have received and processed your return. Refunds may take up to 10-14 business days after the arrival of the package and the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
