DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Yes, we ship to Denmark from our Swedish warehouse.
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time varies and ranges between 1 to 5 working days, depending on your chosen shipping provider and delivery method.
When you have chosen your preferred shipping method, the calculated delivery time will be displayed at checkout. As soon as the package has left the warehouse, you'll get an email (Shipping Confirmation) with the tracking link so that you can follow your order.
Please note that we reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.
SHIPPING COST
We offer free shipping on all orders over 1300 DKK.
Orders below the required amount for free shipping, will get a calculated shipping cost in the checkout.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
To track your order, please use the tracking number that's included in the shipment confirmation e-mail.
If you haven't yet received the shipment confirmation e-mail, it means that your package hasn't been dispatched. You will receive the e-mail as soon as your order has left the warehouse.
Please note that if you don't pick up your order and it's sent back to us, we do not stand for the shipping cost to resend it back to you.
