Welcome to Angels Avenue (”Angels Avenue”).

Angels Avenue is a part of Djerf Avenue’s website, www.djerfavenue.com (the “Website”). Both the Website and Angels Avenue are operated by Djerf Avenue AB a Swedish company with reg. no. 559196-2245 (“Djerf Avenue”, “we”, “us”, “our” etc.).

On Angels Avenue members can view their purchase history, create a wish list and, if they so choose, partake in the Angels Avenue community and upload and share pictures and other content with the members of Angels Avenue. The purpose of Angels Avenue is to provide you as a customer a better overview of your purchases with us and to create a space for our community to connect with each other, find new friends and get inspired.

Any content uploaded by you to Angels Avenue, whether a photograph, comment or otherwise, is hereby referred to as “Content”.

To become a member of Angels Avenue, you must:

• (i) be at least 16 years old, by registering you account you confirm that you are at least 16 years old; and

• (ii) accept these terms and conditions applicable to the use of Angels Avenue (the “Terms and Conditions”).

The membership is personal and will be registered on your email address when you sign up on our Website.

Purchase history overview

On Angels Avenue you will get access to an overview of your previous purchases. Additionally, your data will be stored to provide for an easier check-out process for any future purchases. Only purchases made through your account will be stored in your previous purchases.

Wish list

You may create a wish list of Djerf Avenue products you are interested in purchasing so that you can more easily keep track of such products.

Products added to your wish list will be stored and visible on a separate page for future easy reference.

Customer reviews

You may publish reviews on products that you have bought which may be visible in relation to that product on our Website.

Upload Content

You may upload Content to Angels Avenue by using your computer, mobile phone, smart tablet and similar devices.

By uploading Content to Angels Avenue, you grant Djerf Avenue a non-exclusive, royalty free and worldwide license to use your username and any Content uploaded to Angels Avenue by your account in order to enable Djerf Avenue to provide Angels Avenue and for marketing and/or advertising purposes in stores, on websites, e-mails, social media channels and other promotional channels, conducted by Djerf Avenue, its subsidiaries, affiliates or partners (the “License”).

The License includes, without limitation, a right for Djerf Avenue to use your Content:

(i) by making the Content available on Angels Avenue;

(ii) by publishing the Content on a product page, if you have used the Stylepin-function (see Section 3) for the relevant product:

(iii) by enabling other members to add your Content to their Styleboards (see Section 3); and

(iv) by reposting your Content in Djerf Avenue’s own or third party promotional channels such as the Website, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest etc., and thus, to use your picture and/or name in advertising and marketing.

Upon termination of your account or your deletion of your Content from Angels Avenue, the License will expire. However, you hereby agree that the License will continue in force in relation to any Content used by Djerf Avenue, prior to your deletion, for marketing and/or advertising purposes through promotional channels outside of Angels Avenue, for example Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and the Website (excluding the Angels Avenue part), meaning that Djerf Avenue have no obligation to delete or alter such marketing or advertisement using your Content which was produced prior to your deletion of your Content simple because you delete your Content. Djerf Avenue will remove such Content upon your specific request.

If you find or believe any Content on Angels Avenue to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, any applicable law, or for any other reason should be removed from Angels Avenue, you may file a report using the report pin. The report pin is available in relation to all Content on Angels Avenue, accessible via the drop-down menu in the top right corner. The report pin also includes the possibility to block another user on Angels Avenue, if you no longer wish to see that user’s Content.

You may at any time delete your Content, subject to section 4.

Djerf Avenue may, without prior notice, remove any Content and delete or suspend any account which Djerf Avenue, at its own discretion, suspects or finds to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, any applicable law or for any other reason whatsoever, including but not limited to Content being offensive, fraudulent or misrepresentative of the values upon which Angels Avenue is based.

(i) you own or license all rights in and to your Content;

(ii) you have authority, or as applicable, permission from any person(s) appearing in, that has created or otherwise taken part in your Content, to grant the rights herein;

(iii) you are 16 years or older; and

(iv) Djerf Avenue’s use of your Content will not violate the rights of any third party or any law.

You hereby release and discharge Djerf Avenue from all and any obligation to pay you for any use of your Content and any of the intellectual property rights contained therein in connection with the use described above, and you hereby release, discharge and agree to hold Djerf Avenue and any person acting on Djerf Avenue’s behalf harmless from all claims, demands and liabilities whatsoever in connection with use of the Content as described above.

Our processing of your personal data as a member of Angels Avenue for the purpose of providing the services included in Angels Avenue and for other relevant purposes is described in our Privacy Policy. You may at any time terminate your membership in Angels Avenue. Any Content posted will be subject to section 4.

Djerf Avenue may terminate or suspend your access to Angels Avenue, delete your account and any Content, at any time and for any reason, without any liability to Djerf Avenue, subject to applicable law.

Djerf Avenue reserves the rights to amend the Terms and Conditions. We will notify you in advance of any changes and then you may cancel your membership if you do not accept the changes.

Djerf Avenue will not be liable for any Content uploaded to Angels Avenue, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Each member is solely responsible for abiding to these Terms and Conditions, any applicable law and any further guidelines or instructions, and as applicable from time to time, provided to the member by Djerf Avenue or Djerf Avenue’s partners in relation to the use of Angels Avenue. Furthermore, the member hereby release, discharge and agree to hold Djerf Avenue and any person acting on Djerf Avenue’s behalf harmless from all claims, demands and liabilities whatsoever in connection with any direct damages arising from the members breach of these Terms and Conditions, any applicable law and any further guidelines or instructions, as applicable from time to time.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, without regards to any rules or principles on conflicts of laws. However, if you are resident in another country than Sweden, the Terms and Conditions can be subject to mandatory consumer protection laws and regulations in force in the country of residence which may provide you with additional rights. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising from or relating to the Terms and Conditions or your membership shall be resolved by the applicable courts in Sweden, unless otherwise stipulated in applicable mandatory laws of your country of residence.
