The delivery time varies and ranges between 1 to 7 working days, depending on your country, preferred shipping provider and delivery method.
When you have chosen your preferred shipping method, the calculated delivery time will be displayed at checkout. As soon as the package has left the warehouse, you'll get an email with the tracking information so that you can follow your order more accurately.
Please note that we reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.
We offer free shipping on all orders over 200 USD.
Orders below the required amount for free shipping, have a shipping cost that is calculated at checkout and depends on the chosen shipping provider and delivery method.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
To track your order, please use the tracking number that's included in the shipment confirmation e-mail.
If you haven't yet received the shipment confirmation e-mail, it means that your package hasn't been dispatched. You will receive the e-mail as soon as your order has left the warehouse.
Please note that if your order is sent back to us, we won't stand for the shipping cost to resend it back to you.
We don't stand for any custom fees and are not responsible for any additional charges that might be associated with importation.
For more information about potential fees, we kindly refer you to the transportation company or the customs in your country.

Yes, we ship to all countries in the world, except for Russia.
These are the shipping options that we offer in the US:
Express shipping: 2 days
Standard shipping: 2-5 days
Economy shipping: 3-8 days
SHOP FROM THE EUROPEAN WAREHOUSE
Is the product or size you want to order out of stock? Don't worry, it may still be available for purchase from our European warehouse!
If the product is available in Europe it will be marked with an orange explanation point, which will be visible on the sold out size on your product.
Just add the product to your shopping cart and check out as you would usually would. But please note that if you place an order from Europe, shipping costs and customs duties may differ. Except for that, there won't be any differences in your checkout process.
If you have products in your shopping cart from both the US and EU warehouse, your order will automatically be separated into two in the checkout. This means that you will have to check out twice - once for each warehouse.
All you have to do then is complete the first purchase in the checkout as usual. It's when you've reached the Thank You Page that you have to go back to the shopping cart for the remaining products.
Now you're able to complete the other half of your order when you're checking out for the second time.
